Fried Frank hires Roger Schofield as London real estate partner

Roger Schofield has joined Fried Frank as a partner in its corporate real estate department in London, the firm announced on Tuesday.

Schofield advises clients on real estate corporate joint ventures, capital solutions, acquisitions and dispositions, and other real estate-related mergers and acquisitions.

Fried Frank said he has advised on complex transactions and restructurings across all sectors of the real estate market, as well as global investors, developers and property owners on the acquisition and disposal of real estate holding structures, and property operators in the UK and Europe.

He joins us from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
