European industry association slams Broadcom’s VMware licensing changes

April 23, 2024: Cloud Infrastructure Providers Europe (CISPE) has slammed Broadcom’s response to concerns about licensing changes. The trade body said the economic viability of many cloud services used by customers in Europe is being threatened by “massive and unjustified price increases, product re-bundling, and a change in the basis of billing.”
