Extended Gameplay Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Most Wanted Mission Just Released

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is the next premium entry in the hit first-person shooter series, and Raven Software took the stage at Gamescom 2024 Opening Night Live to showcase an extended look at the campaign mission titled “Most Wanted.”

The fresh look at the campaign featured new gameplay elements, showing players infiltrating an event for the senator. New equipment can be seen, including the use of a camera to take a photo, which is then used to bypass a facial recognition scanner. The selected mission centers around a new Black Ops squad that has freed returning protagonist Russell Adler. Gunfights and combat with heavily armored enemies, a car chase involving stolen dirt bikes, and a look at an all-new explosive, homing, throwing knife were all part of the trailer. A new movement system, which has been dubbed Omnimovement, was also seen in the gameplay reveal, where the player dives backwards to land on their backs.
