Federal, state antitrust cooperation has reached ‘historic levels,’ says Colorado attorney general

States continue to expand their antitrust enforcement efforts, taking on high-profile cases against big tech companies alongside federal law enforcement, a partnership that Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said has reached “historic levels.”

“It’s truly a partnership on equal terms,” Weiser said Tuesday. “It comes from a place of respect, where we’re listened to, we’re at the table, and we have the ability to independently litigate disputes if we need to.”
