Irving TX (August 20, 2024) – RumbleOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBL), the nation’s largest sport utility vehicle retailer, announced the acquisition of a Harley-Davidson dealership in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The newly acquired dealership, now called Revolution Road Harley-Davidson, opened its doors on Friday under new ownership.

Joseph Cacicio (pictured above), a New England native with extensive experience in the powersports industry, has been named General Manager of Revolution Road Harley-Davidson. Cacicio expressed his enthusiasm for the role, saying, “I am honored to lead Revolution Road Harley-Davidson. Our team is committed to serving the dealership’s loyal customers and adding exciting new initiatives to support the Harley-Davidson brand.”

The dealership, formerly known as Monty’s Harley-Davidson, was owned by Kathleen Monaghan, a longtime member of the local motorsports community.

Revolution Road Harley-Davidson will become the premier destination for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts in New England. Located halfway between Boston and Providence RI, the location provides easy access for many current and future Harley owners.

The acquisition marks RumbleOn’s 56th dealership, a significant milestone as the first acquisition under CEO Mike Kennedy. Kennedy commented on the strategic significance of the acquisition, saying, “Dealer acquisitions are a key part of executing RumbleOn’s Vision 2026 strategic plan. Revolution Road Harley-Davidson is the perfect complement to our growing portfolio of dealerships.”

In addition to this acquisition, RumbleOn recently expanded its operations by opening two additional dealership locations.

Earlier this summer, RumbleOn opened Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati, a market that was not served by an Indian dealer. “Our strong partnerships with all of our OEMs, in this case Polaris, made Indian Motorcycle of Cincinnati a reality,” Kennedy continued.

RumbleOn also recently opened RideNow Powersports Houston, a pilot dealership focused solely on used vehicle sales. The innovative dealership offers a variety of used powersports products, with a focus on custom and touring motorcycles. The location off Interstate 45 north of Houston also offers a wide selection of motorcycle accessories and gear.

“Our strategic plan is to prudently manage our capital and operate the best performing dealerships in the country,” Kennedy said. “The three new dealerships we opened this summer, each completely different, are great examples of how we will grow and achieve our Vision 2026 goals and continue to focus our capital allocation on generating long-term value per share for our shareholders.”
