SRS Real Estate Partners Expands to Jacksonville

SRS Real Estate Partners is expanding its operations to Jacksonville, Florida, with a two-person team to be led by Stephanie McCulloughA leading retail professional with nearly 20 years of experience representing landlords and tenants, McCullough will lead Jacksonville’s tenant and landlord services practice, working with SRS leaders throughout Florida to complement SRS’ retail expertise. She is joined by Annie Lee O’SteenRetail sales employee with over five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

McCullough joins SRS as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. She joins from The Shopping Center Group, where she was a partner and executive vice president, leading the North Florida office since 2008. Her market knowledge and extensive retail experience in all stages of development have made her a leading industry expert in the region. She was named one of the Southeast’s Leaders of Tomorrow by Real Estate Forum and was honored as one of Jacksonville’s 40 Under 40 by Jacksonville Business Journal while consistently gaining recognition as a leading regional manufacturer. McCullough, a graduate of Florida State University, currently serves on the FSU Trends Conference Committee and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

O’Steen previously worked at The Shopping Center Group as an associate. She began her real estate career at CBRE and is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
