Lithia & Driveway Acquires 3 Duval Motor Company Florida Locations

Lithia and the driveway announced its expansion into new markets in Florida with the acquisition of three stores Duval Motor Company in Jacksonville and Gainesville.

Newly acquired Duval Honda, Duval Acura AND Subaru of Gainesville Lithia & Driveway is expected to generate combined revenue of more than $200 million annually.

The acquisitions not only expand Lithia’s import and luxury store footprint in a key region, but also expand the geographic reach of the company’s robust retail network. With these purchases, Lithia’s expected annual revenue from new acquisitions increases to $5.9 billion.

Duval Motor Company, a fourth-generation family business led by its CEO Hampton Graham and the President Alex Grahamhas been a cornerstone of the Jacksonville automotive industry since its founding in 1916. The company’s rich history began with the founding Duval Fordwhich became the fourth oldest family-owned Ford car dealership in the country.

The sale of the Honda, Acura and Subaru dealerships allows Duval Motor Company to focus resources and efforts on expanding the Ford network to complement Duval Ford. As the most historic dealership in their portfolio, Duval Ford will continue to be a primary focus for the Graham family, ensuring that the legacy of quality and service established more than a century ago remains strong.
