Judge dismisses antitrust lawsuit against Creative Planning and other property firms

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Creative Planning, its founder, and a handful of patrons that alleged anticompetitive practices and various other wrongdoings.

Stephen Greco, who served as a principal at Creative Planning for 3 1/2 years until 2017, has accused his former firm and its principals, Charles Schwab, Fidelity and TD Ameritrade, of retaliating against him for whistleblower complaints he says he filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Justice Department.
