Sandbox Brings PlayKids+ to LG Smart TVs

Sandbox Group, a London-based group that manages a network of education businesses, is launching its new PlayKids+ app on LG Smart TVs globally. The app will be available in a new, dedicated learning hub on the platform.

The PlayKids+ mobile app features a collection of educational videos, original animations, nursery rhymes and lullabies for children, and games for children with a fun user interface that grows with children and adapts to their age. It is available in four different languages ​​(English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French) and has been downloaded more than 20 million times worldwide.

The new LG Smart TV app will offer educational videos, music and original PlayKids+ content in one safe place, running on LG webOS 5.0 or later, including LG OLED TVs. The PlayKids+ app will offer children educational content in a customizable interface with a range of popular characters.

Among traditional educational films such as Alpha blocks AND Number blocksChildren will find art and craft exhibitions there, such as: Super Handsscience films such as Your universe AND LilDocand themed films teaching children about animals, how to behave positively in contacts with friends and family, how to care for the environment, and much more.
