Syngenta and Corteva win bid to end antitrust dispute over crop inputs

Corteva Inc. AND Syngenta are among a group of ag giants that convinced a federal judge to dismiss a multidistrict lawsuit accusing them of colluding to fix the prices of agricultural chemicals.

Judge Sarah E. Pitlyk of the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Missouri granted the companies’ motion to dismiss in a Sept. 13 opinion, finding that the farmer plaintiffs had not admitted to a boycott conspiracy.
