Tech Mentor Needed: Help Seniors Master Devices! – El Cajon, CA

Do you love technology and enjoy helping others? The BLISS Care Foundation is looking for volunteers to help seniors with their technology needs. If you are familiar with smartphones, tablets and computers and can help seniors use communication tools such as video chat apps and social media, we would love to have your help!

What will you do:

• Technical support: Helping seniors understand and use technology.
• Setup and support: Help you set up and use communication tools that will help you stay in touch with family and friends.
• On-Call Support: Be available to help seniors with technical issues or answer questions as needed (at your convenience).

We’re looking for volunteers who can commit to providing ongoing support and be on call to help seniors whenever they run into technical issues or have questions (as part of your schedule). Your reliable support will help them stay connected and confident with their devices.
