14 people died in Lebanon as a result of explosions of devices, which took place for the second day

Attacking thousands of individuals, whether civilians or members of armed groups, simultaneously, without knowing who was in possession of the weapons, where they were located and in what environment they were at the time of the attack, violates international human rights law and, to the extent applicable, international humanitarian law.

There must be an independent, thorough and transparent investigation into the circumstances of these mass explosions, and those who ordered and carried out this attack must be held accountable.
