Thank you, operator. Hello everyone, and welcome to our Sangoma Investor Call for Q4 and fiscal year end 2024. We are recording the call and will make it available on our website for anyone who can’t join us live.

I am here today with Charles Salameh, CEO of Sangoma, Jeremy Wubs, COO and CMO, and Larry Stock, CFO, to present to you our fourth quarter fiscal year 2024 results, which ended June 30, 2024. We will discuss the press release that was sent out this morning, as well as the Company’s financial statements and MD&A, which are available on SEDAR+, EDGAR and our website.

As a reminder, Sangoma reports under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and during the conversation we may refer to terms such as adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), which is not an IFRS metric but is defined in our MD&A report.
