Ajib Gathoni Reveals He Made 210k Kenyan Shillings In 3 Minutes On TikTok: ‘It’s A Begging’

How much does TikTok Live earn?

The dancer appeared on the Mic Cheque podcast, where she talked about her earnings during live performances.

Gathoni said she has only live streamed on the video platform once, on her birthday in 2022, and has not done so again since.

“Within three minutes, I received 210,000 shillings,” she said.

Journalists wondered why she didn’t bother to start broadcasting live again since she was making such good money.

“Sometimes it gets tiring and feels like you’re begging for money. You have to keep it fun,” she said.

The artist also delved into her struggles with adenomyosis, which occurs when tissue that normally lines the uterus (endometrial tissue) grows into the muscular wall of the uterus, according to the Mayo Clinic.

“I was diagnosed with this condition. Okay, it’s not harmful in itself, but it causes heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding and severe cramps,” she said.

Gathoni said she is undergoing treatment, although she still experiences pain.

“So, to start with, I was prescribed medication to take before and during my period. My next appointment is in October and I need to come back with an opinion.”

In other news, TikToker Belinda, the wife of an elderly Mzungu man, went live on TikTok after which a woman posing as a single mother and graduate begged her for money, claiming her children were starving.

Belinda wondered why the woman mentioned that she was a graduate but had not yet completed her education.

A TikTok user scolded a woman, asking her to take her children to their father.

She also reprimanded people who begged for money on her social media accounts.

Belinda also said that she cannot date African men because she believes they are not romantic.
