John is an experienced corporate attorney who focuses on financings, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate counsel. He represents numerous private equity-funded portfolio companies in their ongoing corporate needs and several family offices in their investments in private companies.
John was a former managing partner and member of the management committee of Fishman Haygood.

Chip is a seasoned corporate professional who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He often
represents private equity funds in the acquisition of portfolio companies, add-on acquisitions, other direct equity and debt investments and exits or dispositions from these various investments, and family investment offices and individuals in investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, and other direct investment activities. In his financial practice, Chip represents borrowers in acquisition financings, syndicated lines of credit, lease-lease financings, and other secured lines of credit.

Tyler is also a licensed title insurance producer in Louisiana and Mississippi.
