The Quad Summit Dinner Menu, hosted by US President Joe Biden in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-day visit to the US where he will attend the Quad Leaders’ Summit organised by outgoing US President Joe Biden in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware.

Prime Minister Modi will also address the UN General Assembly in New York and interact with the Indian diaspora during his visit.

On Saturday, he arrived in the United States, where Joe Biden invited him to an “intimate” dinner with plenty of options to choose from, including a number of vegetarian dishes.

The dinner was prepared by James Beard-nominated chef Antimo DiMeo, executive chef of Bardea Restaurant Group in Wilmington, Delaware.

Here are the dishes served to world leaders in US President Joe Biden’s former school town:

Caprese Salad: Mozzarella di Bufala, Scarlet Red Young Tomato, Basil, Sicilian Oregano

Vegetarian Dinner Option: Root vegetable pave, lemon risotto, pistachios, black lime

Non-vegetarian dinner option: Wagyu Strip Steak, Lemon Risotto, Pistachios, Black Lime

Pescatarian Dinner Option: Red Snapper, Lemon Risotto, Pistachios, Black Lime
