Paul Weiss Expands Los Angeles Office with Ropes & Gray Hire

Paul Weiss is strengthening its Los Angeles office a year after opening it with the addition of Bianca Levin-Soler, a mergers and acquisitions and private equity partner from Ropes & Gray.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Levin-Soler joined Ropes about two years ago and previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis.

He joins Paul Weiss’s Los Angeles office a year after it opened as part of Paul Weiss’s raid on Kirkland, the world’s largest law firm by revenue. Paul Weiss hired a 13-person group from Kirkland last year, including Los Angeles broker Eric Wedel, who now runs the Los Angeles office.
