Packeta Romania expands parcel collection network in partnership with Diverta

The Romanian subsidiary of e-commerce platform Packeta Group, Packeta Romania, has announced a new partnership with office supplies and stationery chain Diverta, adding 17 new order collection points to its national network.

New order collection points in the Diverta network will streamline the order collection process, contributing to increased accessibility for customers in large cities.

By integrating Diverta stores with the Packeta collection point network, consumers gain greater flexibility as they have more options for collecting orders without having to rely on home deliveries.

At the same time, online stores cooperating with Packeta now have access to a more extensive logistics channel, which allows them to reduce costs and provide customers with a better delivery experience.

“In the context of the constantly growing e-commerce, offering fast and affordable logistics solutions is essential to remain competitive. The cooperation with Diverta allows us to optimize our delivery processes, reduce costs and develop strategically, providing our customers with a more efficient and pleasant experience,” said Alexandr Jeleascov, Managing Director of Packeta Romania, as quoted by Bursa.ro.
