Watch Brandon Aubrey explain his journey from Notre Dame football to the NFL

In what feels like a movie script, former Notre Dame football star Brandon Aubrey stopped believing his career as a professional athlete was over and started digging in and finding his way to the NFL.

Last year, the Dallas Cowboys All-Pro took the league by storm, completing 44 of 46 attempts, setting numerous records along the way. Aubrey made his first 19 field goals, an NFL record, and his two field goals of over 59 yards in a single game also put him in the record books.

It’s hard to imagine such success for someone who was once a software engineer. As part of the Amazon broadcast, Taylor Rooks moderated Aubrey throughout his journey from first-round pick to using his diploma as his wife, Jenn, urged him to try kicking.

It’s a story about the faith of a loved one pushing each other to be their best.
