Global Uranium Corp. announces a change in the management position

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 27, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Global Uranium Corp. (CSE: GURN | OTC PINK: GURFF | FRA: Q3J) (“Business“) announces that Mr. Eli Dusenbury has stepped down as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

To fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Dusenbury, the Company has appointed Mr. Nico Mah as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mah is a professional accountant with over eight years of experience in auditing and public accounting, and from September 2015 to January 2023 he worked up to a management position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Mah is the managing director of GKM Consulting Inc., a privately held accounting consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Accounting from the University of Calgary and a CPA in Alberta, Canada.
