Queen Camilla ‘urges’ King Charles not to meet Prince Harry over this legal issue: report

Prince Harry will be visiting England this week, and while everyone is waiting for the royal reunion, it doesn’t seem to be in the cards. King Charles would like to meet his beloved younger son, but Queen Camilla seems to disagree with the idea. Camilla wants the king to skip his meeting with Harry to avoid any stress during his battle with cancer, according to one of the queen’s friends who told The Daily Beast.

Camilla advises the king not to meet Harry

King Charles is reportedly considering the advice of his advisers, including his wife Camilla, regarding meeting Prince Harry. However, advisers suggested caution due to the possibility that the Duke of Sussex could directly ask his father to intervene in a legal matter regarding his safety from the British government, his father’s government. The council comes to light that this may increase the King’s stress on his cancer treatment, which may hinder progress.

Regardless, neither side has agreed to any specific meeting, despite father and son’s efforts to reconnect. Recently, the two tried to break the ice in their relationship with Charles by publicly wishing Harry a happy birthday on social media. Harry also hasn’t updated anything in his memoir, Spare’s paperback edition of the royal family.

Additionally, King Charles will travel to Scotland during Harry’s trip to the UK, a source told the media: “The King has an instinctive impulse towards Christian reconciliation and the cancer diagnosis has only exacerbated this. “He wants this to be resolved, not only because he loves both of his sons, but also because it has been so destabilizing for the monarchy.”

However, as Camilla’s friend revealed to the news site, “she was the main voice urging Charles to slow down and calm down. The last thing she wants him to do is be stressed about meeting Harry.

Tension easing among members of the royal family?

Tensions between the royal family and Harry appear to be slowly easing, if the royal account X (formerly known as Twitter) is to be believed, which posted birthday wishes for the Duke of Sussex that were retweeted by Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton.

However, a source revealed to the Daily Beast: “It was just a company thing. Happy birthday bla bla bla. It makes sense for Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace to focus on somewhat routine messaging around Harry. “This shows that William is willing to respect his father’s seniority and do what is asked of him.”
