Charlize Theron’s rarely seen daughter (12) is almost as tall as the exemplary mother in her new family

Charlize Theron shared a rare photo of her eldest daughter, 12-year-old Jackson, as the family visited the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland in California.

The family was joined by friends for the day, giving fans a glimpse into how quickly Charlize’s two girls, Jackson and eight-year-old August, are growing up.

The Oscar winner wore a Blondie T-shirt with cut-off shorts paired with a Mickey Mouse hat, while Jackson wore black shorts and a light pink Disneyland T-shirt, while August wore a lilac-pink crop top with black athletic shorts and a backpack.

“It’s not officially scary season until we get to @disneyland,” Charlize captioned the post along with a ghost emoji.

Halloween time at Disneyland Resort lasts from August 23 to October 31, 2024, and during this time the park turns into spooky fun.

Charlize adopted her daughters when they were babies, and recently opened up about raising two “firecrackers.”

“Oh my God, they’re still embarrassed about me,” Charlize, 48, laughed while speaking to E! News.

“They’re kids, they’re girls, you know? I have a teenager and a nine-year-old who thinks she’s 13. There are a lot of girls in our house.”

“I’m just trying to keep my head above water,” she admitted of raising two girls.

“They’re smart and witty and firecrackers, but they don’t say, ‘Oh my God, Mom, you’re amazing.’ They’re more like, “I’m sorry, I want to.” They are normal children,” she added with a laugh.

Their trip to Disneyland is their second of the year, as the trio took a magical trip to Disney World in Florida during the girls’ spring break, and Charlize posted heartwarming photos from the fun-filled vacation, including some that really resonated with fans.

Charlize and August rode in the Throne and August screamed with joy. “Oh my God, the joy on her baby’s face is priceless! The most important childhood memory has been created!” commented one fan.
