Upcoming phone launches in October 2024: OnePlus 13, iQOO 13, Lava Agni 3 and more

September saw a number of star launches, including the iPhone 16 series, Vivo T3 Ultra, and Motorola Razr 50. However, things will take things to another level in October, with many flagship smartphones making their debut in the coming month.

Upcoming phone launches in October 2024:

OnePlus 13:

OnePlus has confirmed that its flagship OnePlus 13 smartphone will debut in China in October. The phone is said to feature the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and a 6,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.

iQOO 13:

According to reports, Vivo’s iQOO sub-brand will launch its premium iQOO 13 series in China in October. Like the OnePlus 13, the iQOO 13 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and have an IP68 rating. The phone is expected to come with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

iQOO 13 may come with a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It may come with a huge 6,150mAh battery and 100W fast charging feature.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE:

Samsung has already announced its latest fan version smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, but the phone will go on sale in India from October 3. The phone is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2400e chipset and comes with a 4,700 mAh battery. Supports up to 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

Lava Agni 3:

Lava’s latest smartphone in India, the Lava Agni 3, is scheduled to launch in India on October 4. The Agni 3 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. There are rumors that the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, the same chipset we saw in the CMF Phone 1 and Motorola Edge 50 Neo. It is expected to come with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. However, there are no rumors about the type of memory or RAM and we will have to wait for the official announcement for more details.

In terms of optics, the Agni 3 may feature a quad camera setup at the back with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

The Agni 3 is expected to run on its own Lava UI, which is close to stock Android based on Android 14. The upcoming mid-range smartphone will be expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 66W fast charging.

Infinix Zero Flip:

Infinix recently launched these smartphones in some markets, but rumors suggest that the company may now bring its first flip phone to India in October. The Zero Flip comes with a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display on the housing uses an AMOLED panel with a diagonal of 3.64 inches and a resolution of 1056 x 1066 pixels.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor and works with the Mali G77 MC9 graphics processor. It is equipped with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.

In terms of optics, there is a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide lens on the back. There is also a 32MP front shooter that allows you to take selfies and participate in video calls.
