Ninja for victory! The price of our favorite dual basket fryer just dropped

Air fryers are everyone’s favorite kitchen gadget these days, and it’s easy to see why. This type of cooking uses much less oil than traditional frying and is an easy, hands-free way to prepare wings, fries, vegetables and many other dishes. One of our Yahoo home writers is (understandably) obsessed with these gadgets, so she went on a hunt for the best air fryers for 2024. After testing 15 machines, she named the Ninja Foodi FlexBasket as her top pick in the dual basket air fryer category. It’s on sale for $120 (down from $180). Time to start cooking!

Why is this a good deal? 💰

Of the three air fryers that topped our list (including the Cuisinart Basket Air Fryer and the Our Place Wonder Oven), the Ninja is usually the second most expensive. But this sale makes it happen least expensive in the group, which seems like a double win. And while this isn’t the lowest price we’ve ever seen on sale ($100), it is a few dollars below the best price in 2024.

Why do I need this? 🤔

Ninja products are extremely user-friendly, and this fryer in particular makes cooking easy thanks to its large basket and intuitive digital display. Home writer Kristin Granero, who conducted the fryer test, said in her review: “Foodi didn’t miss a thing: everything came out as expected and even better, with a crispy crust and just the right temperature.”

He says the air fryer’s double basket is particularly attractive: “Unlike other dual basket air fryers, the Foodi’s baffle is flexible and can be removed to create an extra-large 7-liter area (called the ‘MegaZone’). to cook larger portions and proteins whenever you want.” This means you can roast a whole chicken!

When dinner is over, clean-up is easy because the basket, compartment and fruit plates are dishwasher safe.

“We have had this product for two years and use it several times a week for various dishes. It works great, even if we often wash it in the dishwasher,” said one fan.

This customer praised the Foodi’s usefulness when cooking in warmer weather: “Another reason I love the Ninja Air Fryer is its ability to replace our multi-tasking double oven. Using a deep fryer allows you to avoid heating up the house, which is a huge relief, especially on warmer days, it is a practical solution that saves time and keeps our kitchen cool and comfortable. Good call!

“This is the second purchase of this product,” wrote one of the subsequent buyers. “I have had mine for three years. I bought this model as a wedding gift for my daughter. I use it for air frying, baking, grilling and drying. I have had no problems and I am very happy with it. It is nice to be able to cook two different dishes and do them at the same time.”

Disadvantages 👎

“The only downsides are that it doesn’t turn off automatically when the drawer is open and you can’t change cooking settings without turning it off first,” said one satisfied customer. “Despite these minor issues, it’s definitely worth the investment!”
