In addition to this, Ms. Folk also launched a podcast titled A league of its own which appears to be an unofficial NFL podcast where she would likely share her insights on all things American football.

In the past, Julianne also served as an occasional emcee for the NBA team on some of their tours and events. In addition to her interest in soccer and basketball, Julianne loved to brag about her soccer skills. This is exactly how her relationship with Nick ultimately came about.

When did Julianne and Nick Folk get married?

Julianne attended the University of Texas and was probably already clinging to her passion for soccer and fitness. But this love story doesn’t unfold so predictably. Unlike most other NFL sweethearts, Nick and Julianne weren’t high school sweethearts, nor did they meet in college.

Nick Folk attended college at Arizona State and continued his passion for the sport he currently plays. He made his NFL debut with the Dallas Cowboys in 2007, and his last year with the team was in 2009. That’s when he met the beautiful woman he now calls his wife.

The evening before Valentine’s Day 2009, Nick and Julianne were lucky enough to meet in Texas. When they started talking, the lady had no idea she was talking to a local Dallas Cowboys. Julianne couldn’t help but brag about her soccer skills.

Nick Folk came up with the perfect idea to ask out a girl he likes. The very next week, the two went on their first date to compete in a soccer match. No one has a clear idea who won that day, but the two certainly found partners for the rest of their lives.

They have since welcomed four wonderful children, twins Gage and Davis, daughter Annabelle and Ben.
