Revelstoke Capital Partners Adds Matthew Dubbioso and Michael Nutting to Partners

DENVER, October 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Revelstoke Capital Partners (“Revelstoke”), a Denvera U.S.-based private equity firm that invests in healthcare services, healthcare technology and related health and wellness sectors, announced today Mateusz Dubbioso joined the company as a Partner in the investment team and Michael Nutting joined as a Partner on capital markets.

Mr. Dubbioso joins Revelstoke from New Mountain Capital, a New Yorkbased at a private equity firm, where he most recently served as a managing director on the private equity team. Previously, he worked for six years as an investment specialist at Vestar Capital Partners, and before that he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dubbioso earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in applied economics and management from the University of… Cornell University.

Mr. Nutting joins Revelstoke from Marlin Equity Partners, where he most recently served as Director of Capital Markets, focusing on leading capital markets activities for the firm and its portfolio companies, overseeing credit investments and managing relationships with financing partners. Previously, Mr. Nutting was Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance at The Gores Group, and prior to that he spent over 12 years as an investment banker at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and CIBC Oppenheimer. Mr. Nutting obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting with honors from Claremont McKenna Collegean MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
