Apple today released a new firmware update for the AirPods Pro 2 beta, with the software only available for the “AirPods Pro” version with a USB-C port. The firmware has build number 7B5013c, and since it is a beta version, it is currently only available to developers.

It’s currently unclear what the firmware update includes, but Apple plans to introduce a hearing aid and hearing test feature for the “AirPods Pro” 2 later this year.

While the current firmware is currently only available to developers, it will be made available to all “AirPods Pro” 2 USB-C users in the future.
