GreenH Electrolies introduces its first 1 MW PEM electrolyzer manufactured at its factory in India

New Delhi (India), October 3: GreenH Electrolies, a joint venture between H2B2 Electrolies Technologies and GR Promoter Group, today proudly unveiled its first 1 MW PEM electrolyzer at its manufacturing facility in Jhajjar, Haryana.

The event was graced by the presence of Vinod Agarwal, Chairman and Whole-time Director of GR Infraprojects Ltd., along with Anselmo Andrade, CEO and Founding Partner of H2B2 Electrolytic Technologies and Romen Rawat, Principal Project Manager/Hydrogen Suite of Indian Railways.

The 1 MW PEM electrolyzer will be installed at a hydrogen production and refueling station in Jind, Haryana, and will supply hydrogen to India’s first hydrogen train under the prestigious ‘Hydrogen for Heritage’ initiative of the Indian Railways. The electrolyzer will operate around the clock, producing approximately 430 kg of hydrogen per day at a delivery pressure of 40 bar (g) and ISO 14687 purity, suitable for fuel cell applications. The refueling infrastructure at Jind will also be equipped with a 3,000 kg hydrogen storage facility, a hydrogen compressor and two hydrogen dispensers with pre-cooler integration, enabling rapid refueling of trains.
