Lava Agni 3 Launched in India with Dimensity 7300X Processor: Check Price, Specs and More

Lava has launched the Agni 3 in the Indian market, which is the latest product in the mid-range smartphone segment. The phone will be available for sale on Amazon from October 9. It is available in two elegant color versions: Heather Glass and Pristine Glass.

Lava Agni 3 is priced competitively, starting at 20,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, though this version does not include a charging adapter. It is possible to purchase a set with a charger 22,999, while the highest variant with 256 GB of memory with a charger costs 24,999.

Technical data and features

The dual-SIM Lava Agni 3 runs on Android 14 and is guaranteed to receive three major OS updates and four years of security patches. It has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1200 x 2652 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen also offers a peak brightness level of up to 1,200 nits, making it ideal for outdoor use.

This device boasts a 1.74-inch AMOLED touch display located on the rear panel. This mini screen allows users to manage calls, control music, set alarms, and even take selfies using the rear camera.

Under the hood, the Agni 3 is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The smartphone supports an additional 8GB of virtual RAM, providing users with additional performance when needed. Maximum storage options are 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, although there is no support for external storage expansion.

The phone has a triple camera setup at the back, including a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 112-degree field of view, and an 8MP telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom and electronic image stabilization (EIS). There is also a 16MP front camera with EIS on board, which allows you to take stable selfies and video calls.

Other key features include 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging, which the company claims can charge the phone up to 50 percent in just 19 minutes.
