Search for missing mother Suzanne Simpson continues, husband moved to Bexar County

OLMOS PARK, Texas – Police have released more details in the case of Suzanne Simpson, a missing Olmos Park woman, in hopes of finding her.

Her husband, Brad Simpson, spent his first day in Bexar County since his arrest Wednesday. Kendall County deputies arrested Brad for domestic violence. He was transferred Thursday afternoon.

“Right now, of course, we’re looking at Brad for domestic violence,” Olmos Park Police Chief Fidel Villegas said.

According to jail records, Brad faces charges of assault causing bodily injury and unlawful restraint. Chief Villegas said he was not cooperative during the investigation.

A recent police photo shows Suzanne walking into the lobby of “The Argyle,” where she wore a black dress and heels. Today, authorities are sharing this photo, asking the community to keep their eyes open.

“It’s very possible that someone saw her since Sunday or early Monday morning and said ‘dude, I saw her in those clothes. She didn’t look, you know, very good.'” , Villegas said. “You all need to help us all with this. It’s always a possibility.”

As the fourth day of the search draws to a close, police are trying everything possible to find the 51-year-old man. So far, they have searched Brad’s family home and van, but there is nothing solid yet to confirm his condition.

“We wish she was alive,” Villegas said. “There’s nothing concrete that says she’s not alive. Again, I owe it to the family. We all owe it to the family to talk about her in a way that other people have been found. Our expectations are, of course, that we bring her back alive.

Chief Villegas said the department has seen an overwhelming response from the community when it comes to advice and information. He said they would do “absolutely everything” to get answers to this family.
