The acquisition brings together Nottingham-based recruitment firms

Simon Nicholas Associates (SNA), a Nottingham-based construction recruitment firm, has been acquired by Approach Personnel for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 2009, SNA specializes in providing construction, trades and workforce specialists to clients across the UK.

Based in Chase Park, Nottingham, Approach Personnel employs temporary and permanent staff across the country in a variety of sectors including construction, civil engineering, shopfitting, home furnishings, industrial and food production.

This acquisition follows the 2019 acquisition of local recruitment agency Elizabeth Michael Associates, specialists in commercial and office roles. The latest acquisition is part of the ambitious development strategy implemented by the management team.

SNA was advised by Chattertons, which guided it through the acquisition process.
