ICBC’s Board of Directors approves the appointment of Liu Jun as President of Financial News

ICBC (01398.HK) announced that the Board of Directors has considered and approved the Proposal to appoint Liu Jun as President of ICBC. Liu’s appointment as the Bank’s executive director is subject to consideration and approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors also considered and approved the Proposal to elect Liu Jun as Vice President of ICBC, and elected Liu Jun as Vice President of the Bank and also as the Authorized Representative of the Bank. The above appointments follow the consideration and approval by the Bank’s General Meeting of Shareholders of his nomination as the Bank’s Executive Director.
