Cadeler registers a record order for the construction of offshore wind farms

Copenhagen, Denmark — Cadeler concluded an agreement to book a vessel for the installation of offshore wind farms with an anonymous client.

This could potentially be Cadeler’s largest contract to date, with a potential value (if all options are exercised) ranging from EUR 400 to 700 million ($434 to $759 million).

The agreement provides for the availability of one or more vessels from the company’s fleet, including a new Class A vessel currently under construction.

Work on the contract is scheduled to start in 2027. The ships will transport and install foundations and wind turbine generators.
