L&T and Airbus strengthen cooperation with Advanced Simulation Center in Bengaluru

L&T Technology Services recently opened a Simulation Center of Excellence for Airbus, strategically located at the state-of-the-art LTTS campus in Bengaluru. The aim of this Center of Excellence is to increase engineering support for Airbus’ aircraft structural simulation activities across its various business units in Europe, covering France, Germany, the UK and Spain.

Equipped with state-of-the-art simulation software, hardware and high-performance computing machines, the Simulation Center aims to standardize processes across Airbus’ European business units and aircraft programs, thereby improving efficiency and productivity to quickly achieve program milestones.

Launched approximately 18 months ago and with a dedicated core team, the Center of Excellence (CoE) has demonstrated significant growth and development. There are plans for significant expansion over the next two years, underlining LTTS’s commitment to supporting innovation and excellence in aerospace engineering.
