Osun has a new FRSC Sector Commander

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has deployed Corps Commander Inyang E. Umoh as the new Sector Commander at the Osun Sector Command.

This was contained in a statement by Agnes Ogungbemi, Public Education Officer of the Command, made on Friday in the state capital, Osogbo.

Umoh’s posting to the state was a continuation of the deployment and elevation of Corps Commander Henry Benamaisia ​​to Rivers State as the new Zonal Commander.

According to the statement: “Following the posting of former Sector Commander, Corps Commander Henry Benamaisia ​​to River State as Zonal Commander, in view of his elevation, the management of the Federal Road Safety Corps found it necessary to second another experienced officer to the person of Corps Commander Inyanga E Umoha to manage the affairs of the FRSC in Osun State.

“The Corps Commander, Inyang Edet Umoh, is a Nigerian from Akwa Ibom State. He is happily married to his dear wife, Mrs. Utibe-Abasi and blessed with children.

“He attended the University of Uyo and graduated with honors in Accounting. He is a member of the National Accountants of Nigeria.

“Umoh joined the FRSC services in 1996. He served in the Corps in various positions. Having achieved the rank of Corps Commander and having gained experience in all the positions he held, the Corps Marshal felt that an accountant par excellence, Inyang Umoh, deserved to be appointed as the Sector Commander in Osun State.
