Enbridge is seeking to dismiss a conspiracy lawsuit over an oil project

Enbridge Inc. urged a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit by an Illinois energy company alleging that it conspired to prevent competitors from entering the oil transportation market.

“Plaintiff’s amended complaint bears no resemblance to a valid antitrust claim,” Enbridge told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday.
