Investing.com – Verisk reported second-quarter earnings on Tuesday that were in line with analyst expectations, with revenue beating forecasts.

The company reported earnings per share of $1.1 on revenue of $652.6 million. Analysts polled by Investing.com expected EPS of $1.1 on revenue of $642.19 million. This compared to EPS of $1.1 on revenue of $601.3 million in the same period a year earlier. In the previous quarter, the company saw EPS of $1.03 on revenue of $625 million.

On July 16, JPMorgan observed EPS of $2.82 for the second quarter on revenue of $29.57 billion compared to forecasts for EPS of $2.5 on revenue of $28.84 billion.

Bank of America’s earnings exceeded analyst expectations on July 17, with second-quarter EPS of $0.74 and revenue of $23.08 billion. Investing.com analysts expected EPS of $0.71 on revenue of $23.11 billion
