Swiss sportswear brand On adds to its management board

Swiss sportswear brand On has announced the appointment of Laura Miele as an additional independent board member, in addition to her role as member of the audit committee.

We are confident that Laura will bring valuable perspective and comprehensive experience to the Board and Audit Committee, where she will also serve as a member in the future.”

Miele brings experience as president of Electronic Arts (EA) Entertainment and Technology, where he leads EA’s portfolio of licensed and proprietary intellectual properties, as well as the company’s central development services and CTO organizations.

Prior to becoming president of EA Entertainment & Technology in 2023, Miele served as EA’s chief operating officer. She has been instrumental in successfully driving several complex structural transformations at EA over the past few decades, including leading the company’s transformation into digital services, expansion into new consumer demographics and actively growing EA’s player network.

He also has international experience in supervising commercial, creative and central technology teams. In 2022, Miele was appointed Governor of the British Film Institute. She is a member of the Paley Media Council and the NAACP Entertainment Advocacy Council, an advisory board member of The Game Awards, and previously served on the board of directors of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
