Nykaa appoints Santosh Desai as Independent Director, Retail News, ET Retail

New Delhi: FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) has appointed Santosh Desai as an independent director on its board with effect from July 15, 2024, for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval.

Desai was the CEO of Future Brands Ltd for almost 17 years. He also served as the CEO of McCann, one of India’s leading advertising agencies.

Previously, he was involved in strategic building of key brands for many local and international organizations.

Desai currently serves on the boards of Think9 Consumer Technologies, Dainik Jagran Group and Breakthrough.

He is also a member of the Governing Boards of Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad & Praxis Business School, Kolkata.
