Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) signs and partially finalizes acquisition in Sweden for a property worth SEK 87.5 million – Cibus

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) today signed an agreement to acquire six assets anchored in the food industry in Sweden for SEK 87.5 million. The assets are being acquired from Företagsparken Norden Holding AB (publ) and the closing of five assets is immediate, with the remaining properties scheduled to close in July this year.

The assets are located in Värmland and have a lettable area of ​​8,900 sq m. The anchor tenant is Pekås i Värmland AB (Coop) in five assets and ICA Sverige AB in one of the assets, with a weighted average lease term of five years.

The properties included in the transaction comprise 88% of everyday goods, contribute to positive earnings per share and are our first transaction after a period of inactivity on the buyer’s side. We are considering acquisitions in all four of our Nordic markets, but we are also closely following other European markets, in line with our slogan “Turning food into crops.”
