PVH will supply 100 W to Green Sources Investment and Alternative Energy Projects Co for solar projects in Jordan and Kuwait

Solar tracker manufacturer PVH Middle East is proud to announce its partnership with GSI and AEPCo as a supplier of trackers for solar projects in Jordan and Kuwait. These projects represent a significant milestone in PVH’s growth in the region and are a testament to the company’s expansion as a leader in the local solar industry.

The projects represent a collaborative effort to advance renewable energy and represent a step forward in the Owner’s commitment to powering its operations with renewable energy.

PVH will provide a state-of-the-art 100 MW Axone Duo Infinity solar tracker, thus playing a key role in the success of this project.

Surmai Kaushik, Vice President Sales at PVH Middle East, expressed the company’s satisfaction with this collaboration, stating: “We are very pleased to collaborate with Green Sources Investment and Alternative Energy Projects Co. on this important project. This partnership is key to consolidating PVH as a leading solar tracker provider in the region, expanding into newer markets.

Construction of the Masader El Haq project located in Jordan will begin this coming July and is expected to be operational and fully operational by the fourth quarter of 2025, with a full capacity of 100 MW. Masader El Haq will generate enough renewable energy to power over 20,000 homes.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Ahmad Obaisi, CEO of Green Sources Investment noted that: “We are excited to commemorate a milestone in our ongoing commitment to sustainable energy through our collaboration with PVH. The successful commercial operation of Masader El Haq represents an important step towards global decarbonization.”

Jordan generates about 29% of its electricity from wind and solar. In this regard, the Kingdom is focusing on projects to develop smart grids and energy storage, with the goal of achieving 50% of electricity generation from renewable sources by 2030. Masader El Haq contributes significantly to this goal and strengthens PVH as one of the main market players in the local photovoltaic industry.
