PebblePad is pleased to announce the promotion of Alison Poot to the newly created leadership position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Alison, previously Senior Director of Global Customer Success, starts in her new responsibilities immediately.

This key position highlights PebblePad’s commitment to customer-centric strategies designed to increase user engagement and satisfaction. As CCO, Alison will oversee customer relationships and incorporate customer feedback into the company’s business strategy and product development. Her responsibilities include connecting all customer success management, support and training services teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Alison has been with PebblePad for over ten years and has contributed significantly to its growth and customer satisfaction. Her expertise in strategic planning and customer relationship management makes her a perfect fit for this new role.
