Shui On Land Limited announced the key results of its Annual General Meeting held on May 28, 2024, highlighting the appointment of Ms. Stephanie BY LO as Vice President, the successful adoption of all ordinary resolutions, and the retirement of Dr. Roger L. McCarthy as an Independent non-executive director. The resolutions included the adoption of the financial statements, the declaration of dividends, the re-election of directors, the fixing of directors’ remuneration and the re-appointment of the company’s auditor.
