WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) – The West Monroe Police Department has released a report regarding the disappearance of an Arkansas man.

WMPD says Samuel Jonathan Fogger, 36, was last seen around 10:15 p.m. on Oct. 11 in the parking lot of the Quality Inn Hotel, located at 503 Constitution Drive.

WMPD describes Fogger as a white male with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and black boots. He is approximately 6′0″ tall.

Officers say Fogger is autistic and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and Asperger’s syndrome. He also has a habit of wandering off and is not able to take care of himself.
