The orphanage project, located on land graciously provided by His Majesty Mohammed V, serves as a home, school and activity center for children aged one to twelve. Due to the growing number of children under its care, the orphanage is struggling with rising operating costs, and electricity costs are a significant burden.

Recognizing the need for sustainable solutions, Sungrow’s donation of state-of-the-art inverters with a total capacity of approximately 300 kW will revolutionize the orphanage’s energy infrastructure, enabling it to use renewable energy and significantly reduce electricity expenses. This initiative fits perfectly into the Foundation’s commitment to sustainable development and responsible energy consumption.

Furthermore, Sungrow’s commitment to supporting children’s education and care is demonstrated by providing children with balls, notebooks and pens. These materials not only improve the learning environment, but also contribute to the overall development and well-being of children in the orphanage.

“Together with our partners GSHK Solar and Nexans, we are honored to work with the Dar Tifl Orphanage Foundation on this transformative project,” he said Moustafa Mohamed, Regional Director of Sungrow in North Africa. “By using renewable energy and providing essential educational resources, our goal is to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of these children, ensuring a brighter future for them.”

“This is the second project we have supported for Dar Tifl and we are proud to work with our partners in providing clean energy and a carbon-free environment for the orphanage,” he said Nasser saidPresident of GSHK Solar.

Sungrow’s involvement in the Dar Tifl Orphanage Foundation’s orphanage project in Morocco demonstrates its commitment to sustainability, community well-being and holistic child development. Sungrow strongly believes that informing young people about renewable energy is crucial. As a proactive measure, ensure the availability of programs that promote energy awareness and volunteer opportunities. Sungrow is making a noteworthy impact on the lives and education of children around the world by promoting a culture of sustainability in the local community.
