GoDaddy expands the capabilities of its generative AI suggestion library. GoDaddy has expanded its GenAI suggestion library for small businesses. Business owners now have access to over 185 prompts, and 43 new prompts have been added in five new categories. The copyable clip icon makes it easy to transfer AI suggestions from the library to the chatbot. GoDaddy has also expanded access to its GenAI Prompt library in India, its Spanish-language library in Mexico, Colombia and Spain, and its Portuguese library in Brazil.

Shopify is applying for a patent for personalized AI-generated images for advertising. Shopify has filed a patent for “tuning AI-generated images.” This patent would apparently expand the company’s existing AI tools by allowing sellers to personalize AI-generated images used in ads. The Shopify system collects data from the seller’s online store site, such as product images and categories. Models train on large sets of “regularization images” of products in the same category. The system would enable sellers to generate and edit photos of their products.

WP Rocket, the WordPress page speed performance plugin, has released a new version to help publishers optimize for Largest Contentful Paint, a page speed metric that shows how quickly the main content of a website loads. The latest version of WP Rocket includes automatic LCP optimization for on-page elements from the main content, so they are served first, increasing LCP scores and providing a better user experience.

Walmart launches Realm with virtual stores run by influencers. The new Walmart Realm is a digital shopping destination with influencer-led virtual stores in immersive worlds. The first three virtual stores showcase fashion, beauty and home products selected by popular creator partners. The stores are (i) So Jelly, an underwater playground, (ii) Y’allternative, a gothic western destination, and (iii) Go Chromatic, a futuristic metallic world. Google is investing $350 million in Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart. Google introduces generative AI tools for product photos. Now, in Google Product Studio, sellers can generate product images that match their unique brand style. Upload an aesthetically pleasing image, add a prompt that describes the scene, and within moments, Product Studio will generate campaign-ready content. Product Studio can also create videos from a single photo. With one click, you can animate elements of still product images to create short videos or funny product GIFs for social media.

OneStock raised $72 million for omnichannel order management. OneStock, a provider of order management systems, announced a $72 million investment from Summit Partners. OneStock provides a platform for end-to-end fulfillment management and visibility, enabling retailers to offer “buy anywhere, deliver anywhere, return anywhere” solutions.
