Globavend Holdings Announces Memorandum of Understanding to Acquire Top Logistics,

A strategic acquisition to strengthen the company’s business presence in Australia

PERTH, AUSTRALIA, May 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Globavend Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: GVH) (“Business” Or “Globevend“), an emerging e-commerce logistics provider, today announced that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) in order to make an equity investment in Top Logistics Australia Pty Ltd (“The best logistics“), a key provider of comprehensive logistics solutions in Australia. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will make an equity investment in Top Logistics upon the satisfaction and/or waiver of certain conditions precedent, which will be set forth in the definitive agreement, which is subject to further and ongoing discussions and due diligence.

Top Logistics is a Sydney-based logistics provider with a very strong presence in Australia, with over 15,000 square meters of warehouse space in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It specializes in sea and air transport, import, customs clearance, cargo deconsolidation, packaging and picking, transport and logistics, and warehousing services.
