“Education and industry sectors need to work together,” say experts in Pune

This was the result of the round table discussion on “Corporate social responsibility in the education sector”organised by DRINK research division Social Innovation Laboratoryon Tuesday, May 28, 2024

The roundtable was attended by CSR heads from Volkswagen, KPIT, Persistent, Thermax and many other companies, as well as social entrepreneurs and special invitees.

The aim of the conference was to understand the initiatives of companies in the CSR industry and to support cooperation through learning and sharing. It also sought to understand some of the challenges that need to be addressed, including the pressing issue of financing.

The roundtable was moderated by Mr. Dinanath Kholkar, Independent Advisor and former Vice-President of TCS.
