Thus, the company managed to cover over 6% of the total value of the local e-commerce market, estimated at EUR 7 billion in 2023, excluding services, media fees, digital content or airline tickets, holidays and tours, hotel reservations, show tickets , various events, etc. If these segments were included, the total value would exceed EUR 10 billion.

The agency’s portfolio includes approximately 400 online stores representing several market verticals and manages annual marketing budgets exceeding EUR 40 million. The local e-commerce market has reached its highest level and is estimated to continue to grow by approximately 10% in 2024 compared to 2023.

“Romanian e-commerce maintains an upward trend compared to the same period last year, mainly supported by the opening of an increasing number of online stores and the decline in inflation. Romanians are buying more and more online, but the competition in the market is also getting stronger, which is why digital marketing strategies such as SEO and PPC campaigns are becoming essential in market positioning. In 2023, Romanians most often purchased electronics and household appliances, clothing, cosmetics, and services, generating over 2 million transactions in stores for which Limitless Agency managed digital marketing campaigns.

The highest average value of online orders was recorded in tourism (RON 6,500), IT&C (over RON 1,200), industry (RON 790), medicine (RON 770), pharmacy (RON 700), fashion (RON 583) and sports (RON 562). According to internal Limitless data, the online segments with the highest average online conversion rates are beauty (5.14%), jewelry (2.56%), food (2.43%), gifts (2.27%), books (1, 87%), cars (1.69%), sports (1.5%) and fashion (1.24%).

With the increase in customer sales on the Internet, the Limitless Agency was awarded by Google. In particular, the agency achieved Gold recognition from Google for its exceptional results in optimizing and increasing revenue by almost 50% for the online store Eden Boutique, after implementing the most effective digital marketing tactics.
