FLO introduces personalized electric vehicle trip planning in the FLO application

The new app update allows drivers to personalize their electric vehicle journeys

QUEBEC CITY AND CHESTNUT HILLS, MI., May 29, 2024 /PRNewswire/ – Electric vehicle owners can now easily recharge for summer adventures with FLO’s new trip planning app. FLO’s new trip planning feature simplifies electric vehicle travel by enabling drivers to plan trips efficiently and accurately, taking into account vehicle brand and range, number of passengers, baggage and personalized stops, all while pinpointing necessary charging stations along the way. Once a trip is planned, drivers can use their preferred map app to navigate their route via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

EV drivers can then upload the route to Apple Maps or Google Maps for easier navigation.

The new update is the latest feature from FLO to provide EV drivers with the best charging experience. Last summer, FLO announced a new, unique, convenient feature that allows users to view their charging sessions on their phone’s lock screen without having to unlock the phone or open the app.
